Returns and refunds

I want you to love living with your artwork. If it isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Changed your mind?
Just email me at info@louisepasterfieldart.com and I'll send you the return details. Please pack the artwork carefully, ideally in its original packaging, so it reaches me safely. Return postage is paid by you, and I recommend using a tracked service.

Arrived damaged or not as expected?
I pack every piece with great care, but if anything arrives damaged or faulty, please email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and cover any return costs.

Your refund
Once your return arrives and I've checked it, I'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.

Want a different size or frame?
Return your original as above and place a new order for the one you'd prefer. If you're unsure which to choose, email me before you order and I'll gladly help.
